Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Plan and manage daily content across our social channels, keeping a clear content calendar and publishing cadence.
• Shape content that reflects our brand voice and target audience, with clear objectives for reach and engagement.
• Set simple performance targets and track results to guide weekly and monthly content decisions.

Production & On-Camera Execution

• Create short-form video and static assets for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook, from concept to final edit.
• Appear on camera as on-screen talent, delivering confident, natural presentations that match the brand tone.
• Handle basic filming and editing tasks or brief external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
• Manage shoot logistics including scripts, props, and simple set arrangements to keep production efficient.

Community & Performance

• Monitor trends and competitor activity, suggesting new formats and ideas to improve engagement.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Use platform analytics to produce short performance summaries and recommend content adjustments.
• Collaborate with colleagues across marketing and operations to align content with promotions and product updates.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns, short videos or content work is required.
• Proven experience appearing on camera or in front of an audience, with examples in your portfolio.
• Experience managing a content calendar and delivering regular scheduled posts.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with major social platforms and their best practices, especially Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Practical skills in basic video editing and tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar apps.
• Comfort using scheduling and analytics tools to publish content and measure results.
• Ability to write clear short captions, simple scripts and concise content briefs for shoots.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Comfortable, confident and expressive on camera with a warm, natural presence.

You will build and run short-form content programs across TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook, taking concepts through on-camera delivery and final edit. Own the content calendar, test new formats, and scale the ideas that grow reach and engagement for our trading products.

A typical week will include planning the content calendar, scripting and filming two short videos, and editing one to final cut. You will publish posts, engage with our audience, and prepare a concise weekly performance summary to guide next steps.
