Full Time Claim Advisor - Body - Paint Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in LHM ONE STOP CAR SERVICE CENTRE (M) SDN. BHD ( PROTON E-MAS) Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers for Body & Paint accident repair and insurance claim matters.
• Handle the preparation and submission of insurance claim documents, repair estimates, photos, and supporting documents.
• Liaise with insurance companies, adjusters, technicians, parts department, and customers throughout the claim and repair process.
• Monitor claim approval, repair progress, and ensure customers are regularly updated on their vehicle status.
• Coordinate vehicle intake, repair scheduling, quality checking, and handover upon completion.
• Maintain accurate claim records and ensure all processes comply with company SOP and insurance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Automotive, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Body & Paint, insurance claims, workshop operations, or automotive after-sales will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office or related systems.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
