Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
Serve as a key point of contact for customer enquiries received through telephone, email and other communication channels.
Provide timely and accurate information relating to products, services, quotations, orders and delivery status.
Manage customer orders and related documentation from order processing through to fulfilment.
Monitor order and delivery progress and proactively follow up on outstanding matters.
Ensure customer requests are recorded, tracked and addressed within the required timelines.
Customer Relationship & Issue Resolution
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers through professional and responsive service.
Handle customer complaints, feedback and service-related issues professionally.
Assess customer concerns and coordinate with relevant internal teams to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
Communicate updates and resolutions clearly to customers.
Internal Coordination & Administration
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics and other departments to facilitate efficient order fulfilment and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and relevant documentation.
Prepare basic customer service and operational reports as required.
Provide general administrative support to the customer service function.
Perform other relevant duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned.
