Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Familiar with social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools is an advantage.
- Good teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
- Interest in the hospitality and hotel industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and hotel events.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Support the design of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and promotional content.
- Assist with photography, videography, and basic video editing for hotel promotions.
- Monitor social media engagement and assist in responding to online enquiries.
- Support the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Perform other administrative and marketing-related duties as assigned.
