Job Responsibilities
Manage project costing, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and submit progress claims, interim payment applications, and final accounts.
Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders (VO).
Review subcontractor quotations, claims, invoices, and payment applications.
Monitor project expenditure and ensure costs remain within the approved budget.
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers on pricing and contractual terms.
Liaise with project managers, site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors on
commercial matters.
Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, variations, and other commercial documents.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in project quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Knowledge of cost control, variation claims, progress claims, and contract administration.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
