About the Role

We are looking for motivated and career-minded individuals to join our team as Part-Time Takaful Consultants with AIA.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals who are currently working, running a business, studying, or looking to develop an additional professional career in financial services.

As a Takaful Consultant, you will help individuals and families understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable takaful solutions based on their circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential clients through personal networking, referrals and other suitable channels.
• Conduct professional client consultations to understand financial protection needs.
• Explain takaful solutions in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain good client relationships and provide ongoing service.
• Participate in product, sales and professional development training.
• Work towards agreed individual performance targets.
• Comply with company, regulatory and industry requirements.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen, 18 years old and above.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not compulsory.
• Suitable for both experienced professionals and individuals looking to start a career in financial services.
