Job Summary

Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Manage client communications, prepare quotations, and coordinate materials and subcontractors. Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp to support project execution and assist management with operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project and design teams to deliver work on schedule and maintain quality standards
• Attend weekly meetings to report and update site progress
• Consolidate outstanding tasks and summarize project reports for management review
• Manage email correspondence and maintain clear communication with clients
• Assist the manager in handling project and operational matters to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare quotations and source or place orders for materials and subcontractors efficiently
• Create and modify project drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp to support design and construction needs
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager to support project completion

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in civil, architectural, or design-related fields
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple subcontractors and suppliers
• Strong knowledge of renovation and carpentry skills
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
