Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement compensation and benefits policies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, salary surveys, and job evaluations to maintain competitive compensation structures.
• Prepare annual salary and benefits budgets, proposals, and cost-control plans.
• Work with Finance and senior management to forecast compensation budgets and manage costs.
• Manage external vendors and outsourcing partners for C&B projects.
• Coach HR staff and relevant employees on compensation and benefits matters.
• Develop communication strategies to help employees understand compensation and benefits programs.
• Align compensation and benefits practices with organizational changes, restructuring, and reorganization.
• Lead and manage a team of C&B Executives.
• Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits (C&B), with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Will be managing a team of 4–5 employees.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, statutory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with benefits systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and designing competitive compensation structures.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, including budgeting and cost management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coach HR staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing outsourcing partners, external vendors, and C&B projects.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to organizational changes.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
