Regional PMO Manager (Telecommunication Infrastructure Projects)

Are you a seasoned project professional with a passion for governance, planning, and delivering complex infrastructure projects? We are looking for a Regional PMO Manager to oversee and support a portfolio of strategic infrastructure projects across the region, including Cable Landing Stations (CLS), Data Centers, and terrestrial fiber infrastructure.

In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination between project teams, business stakeholders, customers, contractors, consultants, and regional partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established governance standards. You will play a key role in driving project visibility, risk management, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PMO governance, planning, and oversight across domestic and regional infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Standardize project management methodologies, processes, templates, and reporting frameworks.
• Support Project Managers and project teams in project planning, execution, issue resolution, and project controls.
• Consolidate portfolio-level reporting and provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, customers, and authorities across multiple countries.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, project reviews, steering committee sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and capability development across the project management function.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in PMO, project management, program management, or project controls within infrastructure-related industries.
• Experience supporting or managing projects involving Data Centers, Telecommunications Networks, Cable Landing Stations, Fiber Optic Infrastructure, or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, project lifecycle management, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and project reporting.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, Power BI, Excel, and other project management tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification will be advantageous.
• Experience working across regional or multinational environments is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and across the region when required.
