Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification. Candidates currently pursuing professional qualifications are also welcome.

Preferably at least 2 years of relevant indoor sales experience.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those who are willing to learn and have good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.

Interest in growing within the Premium Gifts and Printing industry.

Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Good communication, organizational, teamwork, and basic design skills.

Sales experience will be an advantage.

Able to work independently and responsibly.

Pleasant personality with a strong focus on customer service.

Able to commence work immediately.

Manage the daily indoor sales operations for assigned products.

Liaise with customers to process orders, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.

Assist the sales team with tasks such as preparing and following up on sales leads.

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding the company’s products and services.

Follow up and coordinate production and delivery arrangements.

Prepare artwork accurately for production.

Support order management and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
