Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule, including regular inspections, servicing, repairs, and basic upgrades of air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and other clinic facilities, to prevent major breakdowns and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance and repairs, including replacing light bulbs, troubleshooting minor electrical faults, and assisting with basic appliance repairs.
• Carry out minor plumbing repairs and maintenance, including water supply systems, sinks, toilets, faucets, and related fixtures.
• Conduct routine servicing and basic troubleshooting of air-conditioning systems to ensure proper cooling, ventilation, and operation.
• Perform minor drywall, wall, ceiling, and general building repairs as required.
• Inspect clinic facilities and equipment regularly and report any defects, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to management.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely, efficiently, and within the required timeframe, while following relevant safety procedures.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, servicing, and replacement of parts where required.
• Coordinate with external contractors or service providers when specialised repair or maintenance work is required.
• Assist the Admin Department with maintenance-related or operational tasks when necessary.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
