Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Good command of English (additional languages will be an advantage).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer service experience is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding bookings and travel-related services.

Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and general account inquiries.

Provide professional and timely solutions to customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Accurately document customer interactions and follow company procedures.

Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.

Maintain service quality standards and achieve individual performance targets.
