Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.

  • Experience in POS systems or a related industry is mandatory.

  • Background in F&B SaaS, retail technology, payment solutions, or merchant services will be an advantage.

  • Comfortable with field sales and client-facing activities.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage potential merchants across F&B, retail, and SME sectors.

  • Conduct product presentations, system demonstrations, and quotation follow-ups.

  • Drive sales conversion and close deals effectively.

  • Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and implementation.

  • Support team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
