Willing to work rotational shifts, nights & weekends.

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote the company's gaming products, bonuses, and promotional campaigns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase engagement and loyalty.

Reactivate inactive customers and encourage regular platform activity.

Promote deposit campaigns, VIP programs, and exclusive offers to maximize customer value.

Guide customers through account registration, deposits, and platform usage when necessary.

Follow up with customers regularly to improve retention and conversion rates.

Achieve individual telemarketing targets and performance KPIs.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and coordinate with the Customer Service team when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and sales activities in the system.
