• Minimum 2-3 years of hotel, hostel, or hospitality experience.

• Experience managing OTA platforms is an advantage.

• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Basic computer and hotel system knowledge.

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Manage daily hotel operations and front desk activities.

• Handle guest check-in, check-out, enquiries, and complaints.

• Manage OTA platforms such as *************, Agoda, and other online booking channels.

• Monitor OTA reservations, availability, rates, cancellations, and guest reviews.

• Ensure room/capsule availability and rates are updated accurately across OTA platforms.

• Respond to online guest messages, enquiries, and reviews professionally.

• Ensure capsules and common areas are clean and ready for guests.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

• Prepare and arrange staff shift schedules to ensure sufficient manpower.

• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and shift coverage.

• Supervise and support staff during the shift.

• Monitor hotel facilities, security, and safety.

• Handle guest requests and resolve operational issues.

• Monitor payments, cash handling, and daily reports.

• Conduct proper shift handovers.

• Handle emergencies and report incidents to management.

• Ensure all the rules, standards, and procedures are followed.
