Currently studying or recently graduated (any major welcome — Business/Supply Chain a plus)

Comfortable with Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering data entry)

Detail-oriented — numbers and accuracy matter to you

Organized and okay with repetitive tasks

Good communication and a positive attitude

No experience needed — we'll train you!

Enter and update purchase orders, invoices and shipment records in our systems

Keep inventory and supplier data accurate and up to date

Maintain and update Excel trackers (orders, deliveries, vendor info, etc)

Help organize and file supply chain documentation

Track shipment statuses and flag any delays or issues

Support the team with basic report formatting
