Responsibilities

What The Role Is

You oversee the daily operations of the medical centre, managing manpower, logistics, and clinical training for medical staff.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Manage daily operations of the medical centre
  • Oversee manpower allocation and logistics
  • Coordinate clinical training for medical staff
  • Provide administrative and clinical guidance to staff
  • Provide medical support to the camp's tenant units

    Challenge(s)
  • Developing and maintaining an astute understanding of the supported units' training and operational activities
  • Leading and providing effective administrative and clinical guidance to staff

What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Nursing and Health Sciences is preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare sector or a related field is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good communication and time management skills
