Full Time SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in LUXOR BEUATY WORLD SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff, as well as the processing and sales departments.
• Analyzing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.
• Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
• Raise Purchase Orders based on SAP MRP thru principal portal, purchasing related end-of-the-end-tasks eg; PO creation, Filtering Outcome, PO Checks, Vendor or Factory communication, Parking of invoices, GR, Defect handling and resolution.
• Evaluating vendors and suppliers’ offers and negotiating profitable purchase prices.
• Performing regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget and report monthly purchase amount to Account dept.
• Monitor on inbound and outbound timeline (GRN).
• Order fulfilment, monitor order in thru iOrder/Manual and then pick and pack out to B2B.
• Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labelling.
• Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed.
• Audit and monitor for stock take, verification on stock take result.
• Performing stock adjustment in WMS.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in Procurement/Purchasing in Beauty related industries.
• Communicates clearly and respectfully, listens actively, and encourages open dialogue to strengthen team performance.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
