Job Responsibilities

• Introduce products and assist in generating sales at the assigned outlet
• Serve customers by answering enquiries and providing product suggestions
• Explain product features, usage and available promotions
• Encourage customers to consider suitable products based on their needs
• Keep the assigned counter, shelves and product displays neat and attractive
• Support basic merchandising and stock replenishment activities
• Ensure promotional materials and product information are properly displayed
• Share sales updates and outlet feedback with the supervisor when required

Job Requirements

• Experience in promoter, retail or sales positions is an advantage
• Pleasant personality and comfortable communicating with customers
• Able to approach customers confidently
• Good teamwork and customer-handling skills
• Willing to learn and understand assigned products
• Motivated to contribute towards sales performance
• Reliable, punctual and able to commit to the agreed part-time schedule
