Full Time Technical Consultant-Pre-Sales (Public Sector) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in TOPPAN ECQUARIA PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers to grasp their needs and future IT strategies
• Deliver cutting-edge solutions that help customers achieve their business goals
• Offer expert advice to address technical concerns related to products and solutions
• Showcase solutions and innovations through presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts
• Provide comprehensive technical solutioning, architectural design, and strategic input for tender bids to secure new projects
  

Prerequisites:

• Minimum 2 years in pre-sales with system integration, and at least 1 year in system integration and implementation in cloud/web-based environments
• Demonstrated experience in providing effective, working solutions and implementations, particularly in cloud-based environments
• Strong knowledge of databases, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application concepts. Knowledge in Java/.NET, HTML, JavaScript, ReactJS, SQL, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, REST), and native-Cloud services
• Solid understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), MCP, Agentic Development, and SDD. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Gemini, Codex, or Claude
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Alibaba)
• Confident, dynamic self-starter with excellent English communication, customer relationship management, and presentation skills
• Prior experience working on government or public sector projects and having successfully navigated the end-to-end tender bidding process, from requirement gathering to final submission, is highly advantageous
