Full Time Warehouse Associate Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Flying(Malaysia） Kedah - Maukerja

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above; Supply Chain / Logistics related major is preferred

• Practical warehouse experience, experience in electronic spare parts or high-value material warehouse is preferred

• Familiar with full basic warehouse workflow: receiving, putaway, outbound, return and stocktaking

• Detail-oriented, able to conduct stocktaking for bulk and small spare parts

• Skilled in computer and basic Excel; WMS experience is an advantage

• Working English, fluent reading & writing, able to understand English emails with basic oral communication

• Responsible, good execution and risk awareness

Work Location：Industri Waja area, 09000 Kulim, Kedah.

Contract type：6-month fixed-term contract.

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out assigned jobs such as container stuffing, unstuffing, cargo store in/out (loading/off loading), storing, shifting, picking, sorting, labeling and inventory count, cargo tally etc. daily by using provided forklifts, reach trucks, hand pallet trucks, fixed formats etc. within the scheduled time frame given by the superior.

• To ensure an accuracy of cargo inventory based on daily physical tally (check) upon any cargo movements from/to the warehouse and periodical inventory count (stock check).

• To pass the accurate data and information timely to the general clerk whenever occurred any cargo movements at the warehouse and/or carried out inventory count (stock check) for prompt updating of the inventory data on CPU system.

• To maintain safety driving of forklifts & reach trucks at the warehouse as per the pre-safety driving training given to ensure no any damages and/or injury for cargoes, humans, properties such as building, vehicles, equipments etc.

• To keep company’s properties, equipments in good condition always by daily checking & proper maintenance includes cleaning (washing, sweeping) etc.

• To maintain strict safety and housekeeping practices at all time & also to work with strict compliance to all company’s rules and regulations.

• To inform promptly to the superiors, if occurred or found any abnormalities and/or emergency cases at the warehouse.

• To assist the superior in any way to achieve the branch’s target and to take up and/or follow the new job assignment, instruction, order, advice etc. which are to be given b y the superior time to time.
