NetSuite Sales Lead / Business Development Manager — Singapore

Wild Tech is looking for a commercially driven NetSuite Sales Lead / Business Development Manager to establish and grow our NetSuite practice in Singapore.

This is a senior market-building opportunity for a well-connected NetSuite professional who can create a strong pipeline, develop strategic relationships, and convert customer needs into successful consulting, implementation, and managed services engagements.

The opportunity

• Lead NetSuite sales and business development across Singapore.
• Develop and execute a market-entry and growth plan for Wild Tech’s local NetSuite practice.
• Build and leverage relationships with NetSuite customers, partners, referral networks, and the wider ERP community.
• Own opportunity generation, qualification, forecasting, sales activity, and revenue performance.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and handover.
• Collaborate with Wild Tech’s Australian sales, consulting, and delivery teams to shape solutions and deliver strong customer outcomes.
• Represent Wild Tech in the Singapore NetSuite ecosystem and provide market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

What you’ll bring

• Senior sales or business development experience within the NetSuite ecosystem, ideally with a leading NetSuite partner.
• Strong NetSuite ERP sales experience and a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Established relationships with NetSuite customers, partners, and referral networks in Singapore.
• Experience selling NetSuite consulting, implementation, and managed services.
• The ability to originate opportunities, navigate complex sales cycles, and build a territory or practice.
• A consultative, entrepreneurial, and self-directed approach.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to operate autonomously in Singapore while collaborating effectively with an Australia-based team.
