Job Summary
The Customer Service Assistant will provide friendly, professional support to customers through multiple channels, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty in the Clementi Region, specifically Clementi Mall.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy to ensure positive interactions
Process customer orders and update account information accurately to maintain reliable records
Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for timely resolution
Provide clear product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions for accountability
Coordinate service deliveries and scheduling with customers to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment
Participate actively in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Prior experience in customer service or related fields to support effective customer interactions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently under retail and weekend hours
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems to improve service delivery
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality service consistently
