Diploma in a relevant field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related role.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures.

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.

Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent shortages.

Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.

Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.

Process inventory adjustments and investigate discrepancies.

Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Generate reports on inventory status, aging, and turnover.
