1. Relevant Experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in retail visual merchandising (VM), store setup, pop-up booth assembly, or field auditing (preferably within FMCG, toys, home goods, or consumer products).

1. Planogram Reading Skills

• Able to accurately interpret and execute display setups based on Planograms, layout sheets, or visual reference guides.

1. Communication & On-Site Problem Solving:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise professionally with store managers, floor supervisors, and retail client representatives.

• Able to handle on-site uncertainty (e.g., restricted space, delayed stock release) calmly and escalate issues promptly to headquarters.

1. Detail-Oriented & Quality-Driven

• Strong eye for aesthetics, cleanliness, and precise product alignment, ensuring all price tags, barcodes, and POP promotional cards are correctly placed.

1. Technical & Tools Readiness:

• Equipped with a working smartphone with a clear camera for real-time photo verification and timestamped reporting.

• Must bring basic setup tools if needed (e.g., cutter, measuring tape, wiping cloth, price tag gun, stationery).

1. Mobility & Punctuality

• Highly punctual, self-motivated, and able to manage own transport to travel to assigned new store locations independently.

1. Arrival & On-Site Protocol

• Check-In: Register at the store/venue and notify the Company upon arrival via location clock-in / photo.

• Liaise with Client PIC: Report directly to the store manager or designated floor supervisor (Client PIC) before starting setup to confirm the allocated rack/shelf space.

• Issue Escalation: Inform the Company immediately (within 15 minutes) if there are space disputes, missing stocks, or un-cleared competitor racks.

2. Unboxing, Inspection & Rack Preparation

• Unboxing & Verification: Unpack stock cartons, verify items against the Delivery Order (DO) / Packing List, and report any damaged or missing goods immediately.

• Surface & Fixture Prep: Clean and wipe down assigned shelves, display racks, or hooks before placing products.

• POSM / Fixture Setup: Assemble basic display racks, sidekicks, or standees (if required).

3. Visual Merchandising & Display Setup

• Planogram Execution: Arrange products strictly according to the provided Planogram / Layout Guide.

• Golden Zone Positioning: Position core hero products, high-margin items, and new arrivals at eye-level and feature display zones.

• Pricing & Labeling: Affix price tags, barcodes, shelf-talkers, and POP promotion cards clearly under/on each product.

4. Sign-Off & Photo Reporting (Payment Deliverables)

• Client Sign-Off: Request the Store Manager / Client PIC to review and sign the Merchandising Setup Checklist / DO upon completion.

• Photo Proof Submission: Take and submit clear photos:

• Before Setup (empty or uncleared rack)

• Unboxing & Stock Count

• After Setup (Full view + Close-up showing price tags & facing)

• Signed Checklist / DO

• Submission Deadline: Submit all photos and the digital report within 12 hours of job completion. Payment will be processed upon report approval.
