Role Purpose / Summary
Role Purpose / Summary
- Support the Chorus projects related to “Space Control” by registering all necessary business requirements into the development items.
- Study any improvement ideas with the business users and manage its SR/CR of the system enhancement working together with the Product Owner and the Technical Architect.
- Manage various projects within the process of “Space Control” to accelerate the process standardization and materialize the yield management DX plan ( - e.g., BEAR, SNOW, Account Plan, etc.).
- Implement the overall process review so that the process of “Space Control” could be fully aligned with the business requirements.
- Collaborate and communicate with the Regional BPM/BPIT teams as if a bridge beyond locations for info sharing, any process improvement activities, etc.
- Process Analysis, Design, and Optimization
- Manage Process Improvements& Optimization Initiatives
- Standardization, Documentation, & Governance
- System/Solution Implementation, and Performance Monitoring
- Stakeholder Communication and Management
