Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant / Senior Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations, assist healthcare professionals, manage patient records, and maintain high standards of patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients upon arrival to create a welcoming clinic experience
Schedule patient appointments and accurately manage patient records to ensure efficient clinic workflow
Assist healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures to support quality care delivery
Process billing and insurance claims to enable timely and accurate administrative operations
Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment to uphold safety and hygiene standards
Deliver patient care that aligns with clinical guidelines to ensure patient satisfaction and timely service
Address patient concerns and feedback promptly to foster a patient-centered environment
Protect patient confidentiality and privacy in all interactions and record handling
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum of “N” level or NITEC certificate
Previous experience in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and team members
Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment
Proficiency in computer software to support administrative and clinical tasks
Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
