Responsibilities
Assist with property-related compliance matters and provide general guidance to salespersons.
Support the company in handling Small Claims Tribunals cases and commission dispute mediation.
Conduct AML checks, respond to enquiries, and follow up on audit findings.
Handle enquiries and feedback from salespersons and clients through walk-ins and phone calls.
Prepare and draft relevant legal documents.
Provide administrative and operational support to the department as required.
