Product Quality Engineer

Job Description:

• Investigate and analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolutio
• Manage customer requests related to products in mass production, ensuring clear communication and fulfillment
• Monitor product quality performance continuously and prepare periodic review reports for management decision-making
• Participate in quality reviews and presentations to address customer concerns and provide updates on quality status
• Study production processes and implement improvements to enhance quality yield at each sample status stage
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent

• Minimum 2 – 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams

• Self-motivated, innovative, dynamic, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Ability to meet deadlines and willingness to perform overtime as needed
