Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, partnerships and industry connections.
Sell
professional services, training, consulting, auditing, safety, environmental, quality and outsourcing solutions
to corporate clients.
Identify client needs and provide suitable
consultative/solution-based proposals
.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including HR, HSE/WSH, Operations, Procurement and Management teams.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings and proposals to negotiation and closing.
Grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling and recurring service opportunities.
Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and achieve agreed sales KPIs.
Develop strategic partnerships and new market opportunities.
Lead, mentor and support the sales/business development team where required.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B service sales / business development experience.
Proven track record selling
services, consulting, training, auditing, compliance, outsourcing or other professional solutions
.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills.
Experience dealing with corporate clients and senior decisionmakers.
Strong business development and lead-generation capabilities.
Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
Target-driven, commercially minded and results-oriented.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
Experience in
WSH/HSE/EHS, safety training, environmental services, sustainability, ISO/quality consulting, professional services, outsourcing or workforce solutions
will be an advantage.
Candidates with primarily product-sales experience may not be suitable for this role.
