Full Time Indoor Sales Executive Jobs, in HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd - Maukerja

The Indoor Sales Executive is to manage a set of assigned target sales accounts in the Singapore market. This includes providing technical and commercial support to the assigned target account and constantly committed to improve our customer service levels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sales Execution: Prospecting and qualifying leads through indoor sales activities, such as teleselling and proactive customer engagement, to drive the sales process.
• Customer & Account Management: Maintaining accurate customer and product data in SAP and CRM (C4C) systems, while fostering strong relationships to understand purchasing behaviors and business needs.
• Support & Technical Collaboration: Providing technical and commercial service to help customers solve problems and achieve their goals with products.
• Brand Promotion: Building company’s reputation and brand awareness within the market.
• Administrative & Compliance: Adhering to corporate policies, maintaining a positive team environment, and performing additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification and Competencies:

• Graduate though Diploma (preferably ) in Electrical and Electronics would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, as Indoor Sales
• Able to work independently, responsible and as a team player
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Incoterms and Commercial Terms.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office application and CRM.
• Working knowledge of SAP SD will be an added advantage.
