Full Time Shipping Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Kapr Advisory PLT Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Oversee the activities of the shipping, sales coordinator and warehouse arrangements.
• Provides administrative support to sales staff.
• Working primarily with Sales Manager, assists sales efforts such as:-
• Coordinate the export/import shipping schedule.
• Oversee the inventory reports (Maintains stock of sales).
• Liaise with forwarders on the air and ocean cargo and inland transportation.
• Issue purchase order, delivery order, shipping documents.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers concerning delivery arrangements.
• Must be well verse in taxes, duty, custom which related to import & export tariff code and try to minimize the expenditures involved.
• Monitor shipments to ensure customers’ specific requirements are met.
• Notify our customers when difficulties arise in meeting their requirements and negotiate solution for both parties.
• Work with the carriers to ensure that we are utilizing the best service in terms of dependability and economy.
• Perform various other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Logistic or Supply Chain or equivalents.
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in shipping or sales support.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Details in work and well commnucation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
