Job description:

• Extends administrative support dealing with the task of coordination, follow up, mailing, and filing.
• Keeps an account of the documentation details and every kind of information relating to the department.
• To assist in ESG data collection (e.g: Environmental, Social & Governance, CSR activities)
• Support preparation of ESG / sustainability reports
• Support documentation, policies, and compliance-related tasks

General

• Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.

Job Requirements:

• Students pursuing their studies in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Social Sciences, or any related field.
• Possess good communication (both spoken & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as a team and responsible, self-initiative.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,300.00 per month
