Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to join our accounting team in Singapore on a full-time basis. You will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting and contribute to sound financial management. Job Description
Prepare and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and general ledger entries accurately and on time.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing, financial statements, management reports and variance analysis.
Support GST filing, statutory compliance and coordination with auditors and tax advisers in line with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
Maintain organised financial records and contribute to process improvements and internal controls.
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; relevant professional progress (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is advantageous.
Working knowledge of accounting principles, Singapore GST and accounting software (e.g. Xero, SAP, QuickBooks) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, integrity and the ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
