What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Healthcare Recruitment team, you'll gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition and client management.

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen and engage candidates for various healthcare positions.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including candidate selection, interview coordination and placement.
• HR Operations: Assist with pre-boarding, onboarding, off-boarding and employee-related matters.
• Client Management: Work closely with healthcare institutions to understand their staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees and clients.
• Employee Support: Assist with staff welfare and employment-related matters.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Interested in exploring a career in HR, recruitment or business.

No prior recruitment experience required. Training will be provided!
