Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team to deliver operational and service excellence in a hospitality setting. Manage inventory, cash handling, and table setups to optimize profitability and customer experience while supporting management in meeting financial and operational targets.

Collaborate with management to achieve financial, service, and operational goals through proactive problem-solving and effective team coordination
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering and stock control processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability
Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and reduce financial discrepancies
Inspect table setups regularly to verify cleanliness, neatness, and compliance with service standards
Support the Manager in achieving sales, operational, and financial targets
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related discipline
Effective communication skills used to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers
