Shuru is looking for a Project Manager to manage software projects from planning through delivery. You will work closely with clients and engineering teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, plans, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, QA, design, and business teams to drive execution.
• Track progress, resolve blockers, and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Lead project reviews and support sprint planning and continuous improvement.
• Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, and regular status reporting.
• Ensure smooth releases, clear documentation, and effective project handovers.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably within software development or IT services.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC, Agile, and Scrum, with the ability to adapt processes to project needs.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Strong planning, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with technical teams and translate delivery challenges into clear business updates.
