Full Time Programme - Operations Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in ML CONSULTING PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Location: Bugis area

Contract Period: 1 Year

Working Hours:

• 5 day work week, from 9AM to 6PM

Job scope:

• Plan and coordinate programmes, schedules, logistics, and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate artist deployments, including travel, accommodation, visas, and administration
• Support programme production, rehearsals, technical requirements, and event operations
• Liaise with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
• Coordinate marketing and publicity materials
• Support volunteer recruitment, briefing, and deployment
• Manage programme budgets, procurement, and administrative processes
• Track programme performance, reporting, and post-event evaluation
• Maintain programme documentation, schedules, and operational records

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in exhibitions, events or festivals
• Willing to travel and support overseas project deployment when required
• Experience working with artists, performers, vendors, and international partners
• Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and administrative processes is an advantage
