Job Overview

A responsible, proactive, and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team of employees, and ensure smooth and efficient departmental performance.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities, and the capability to manage people, monitor performance, and achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate employees' daily work activities.
• Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor work quality and ensure company standards are maintained.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
• Prepare daily operational updates and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability
