Associate/Senior Associate - Building Structure

Basic Salary : $10,000-$16,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Building Structures division and its operations.
• Provide technical leadership and authority for structural engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, QA/QC, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project delivery, risk management, and quality performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex projects.
• Develop resource planning and optimise workforce utilisation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development.
• Prepare and review technical proposals and tender submissions.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, and financial performance.
• Mentor engineers and develop technical capabilities within the team.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and digital engineering adoption.
• Establish engineering procedures, standards, and knowledge-sharing practices.
• Ensure workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.
• Monitor project KPIs, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and organisational growth.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Bachelor's/Master's).
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• At least 10 years' experience in engineering design consultancy.
• Strong multidisciplinary project management experience.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in structural design and contract administration.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
