What The Role Is

As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Facilities and Workspace in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that oversees the planning, development, and management of infrastructure and facilities in MOE Headquarters. You will play a key role in planning and delivering workplace improvement and fit-out projects, managing users' workplace requirements, and ensuring that workplace solutions are practical, cost-effective and aligned with operational needs.

What You Will Be Working On

• Plan and oversee office fit-out, renovation, refurbishment and space reconfiguration projects, from requirements gathering to project completion and handover
• Engage users to understand operational, space and workplace requirements, and translate them into practical and effective solutions
• Coordinate with users, consultants and contractors on design, specifications, cost, schedule and implementation
• Assess and manage workplace and facilities-related requests, balancing user needs with cost, timeline, safety and building constraints
• Manage tenancy matters, including tenant liaison, coordination of operational and facilities requirements, compliance with tenancy terms, and resolution of tenancy-related issues
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant training or experience in Facilities Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Building, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in workplace planning, office fit-out, renovation or project management
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills
• Experience in facilities management or building operations and familiarity with government procurement and contract administration would be an advantage
