Contract Sales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in MLDC Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in property, real estate, banking, automotive, insurance, or other high-ticket sales industries. 

Strong client engagement and closing ability. 

Self-motivated, proactive, and target driven. 

Able to work on weekends and public holidays. 

Familiar with property market trends, financing options, and sales regulations. 

Good communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. 

Follow up with company-generated leads. 

Engage prospects, arrange viewings, and present project offerings. 

Manage the sales process from first contact to deal closure. 

Assist buyers with documentation, financing guidance, and purchase-related matters. 

Provide feedback on lead quality to improve campaign targeting. 

Support exhibitions, roadshows, open houses, and sales events when required.
