Maintain and update candidate databases and stay informed on market trends
Required competencies and certifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and candidates effectively
Ability to work productively in a target-driven environment to meet recruitment goals
Good time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
