Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful demeanour.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a must.

Conversational English and Bahasa Malaysia

Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage

Own transport preferred

Able to work full-time

Able to work 5.5 days per week during probation

Weekend availability is required

Weekly off day will be on a weekday

Not suitable for candidates looking for internship or part-time work

Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally

Respond to WhatsApp messages, phone calls and general enquiries

Explain basic clinic services and help patients arrange suitable appointments

Manage chiropractors’ and physiotherapists’ appointment schedules

⁠Coordinate appointments efficiently to maintain smooth patient flow

⁠Follow up with patients regarding appointments when required

Assist with patient registration and updating patient information

⁠Process payments and issue receipts

⁠Check prepaid packages and remaining treatment sessions

⁠Assist with rescheduling, cancellations and waiting-list arrangements

⁠Communicate closely with chiropractors, physiotherapists and other team members

⁠Support day-to-day front desk and clinic operations

⁠Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area

⁠Assist with simple administrative duties

⁠Occasionally assist with simple social media posting or clinic activities when required
