Full Time Project Engineer-Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Kum Hoi Engineering Industries Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor customer orders from order confirmation through to final delivery.
• Liaise with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor project schedules and track progress to ensure timely completion and delivery in accordance with customer requirements.
• Follow up on material availability, component readiness, production progress, quality inspections, packing, and delivery arrangements.
• Identify potential delays, material shortages, and operational issues that may affect delivery schedules, and promptly escalate them to the relevant personnel.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve outstanding issues and ensure orders progress according to plan.
• Follow up on customer requirements, engineering drawing approvals, revisions, and other project-related matters.
• Prepare, update, and maintain project progress reports, order tracking records, and relevant documentation.
• Provide regular updates on order and project status to management and customers, where required.
• Coordinate the final delivery of completed orders to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
• Perform other duties related to project and order coordination as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and coordinate effectively with various departments.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as under pressure.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
