Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Experience handling full set accounts is preferred.

Knowledge of SQL Accounting / Auto Count is an advantage.

Proficient in Mandarin and English – required, as the role involves daily communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.

Handle the full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.

Perform monthly closing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Handle SST, income tax filing, and E-Invoice matters.

Process monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.

Prepare financial statements and bank reconciliations.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

Assist management with financial reports and other accounting-related matters.
