Full Time SITE ENGINEER / PROJECT ENGINEER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Aima Construction Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in building construction; fresh graduates may be considered for the Site Engineer position.

• For Project Engineer, preferably at least three years of relevant construction experience.

• Able to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project is an advantage.

• Willing to work at project sites.

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor subcontractors’ progress and workmanship.

• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and the site team to resolve technical and site issues.

• Review drawings, identify discrepancies and raise technical queries for clarification.

• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and work sequencing to support the construction schedule.

• Arrange inspections with consultants and follow up on defects and corrective work.

• Prepare daily site records, progress reports and relevant technical documentation.

• Coordinate with the safety team to ensure site activities follow safety and environmental requirements.

• Monitor material usage and minimise wastage, rework and delays.

• Assist with testing, commissioning, as-built documentation and project handover.

Additional Responsibilities for Project Engineer

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and monitoring the overall construction programme.

• Coordinate work across different trades and monitor key milestones.

• Identify potential delays and propose corrective actions.

• Follow up on technical submissions, approvals and outstanding matters affecting progress.
