Full Time Graphic Designer (Fashion) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in HCLC (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile, Apparel Design, or equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in fashion merchandising or design is an advantage.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for technical flat sketching and design presentation.

Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making fundamentals, and fabric properties.

Good eye for detail, fashion trends, and a genuine passion for the fashion industry.

Knowledge of STREET FASHION trends and the local/regional market is highly preferred.

Knowledge of AI tools and AI-driven design workflows is a plus.

Organized, with strong ability to coordinate tasks and follow up on timelines across multiple projects.

Good attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and able to work independently and within a team.

Able to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be open to working in the Kota Damansara area.

Conceptualize and develop original garment designs aligned with the brand's street fashion aesthetic and seasonal direction.

Create detailed technical sketches, flat drawings, and design specifications for sampling and production.

Select fabrics, trims, prints, and color palettes that reflect current trends and brand identity.

Coordinate logos, prints, and embroidery details for seasonal collections.

Develop mood boards and concept presentations to communicate design direction to stakeholders.

Follow up on samples, measurements, and production timelines to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are commercially viable and producible within budget.

Assist in photoshoots and other brand-related activities.

Support merchandising analysis and benchmark product performance against competitors.

Stay current with global and local fashion trends, street style movements, and competitor collections.

Report progress to supervisors and ensure deliverables meet project timelines.
