Job Description

Requirements

  1. Welcome guests and assist with reservations and seating arrangements.

  2. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about menu offerings.

  3. Attend to customer requests, feedback and complaints professionally.

  4. Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

  5. Maintain professional appearance and excellent hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

  1. Height above 160 cm and weight below 70 kg.

  2. Well-groomed, presentable and customer-focused.

  3. Able to communicate in Mandarin (Must-Have) and English.

  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Customer service or F&B experience is an advantage.· Training will be provided.
