Full Time Junior Interior Designer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Plutocube Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will support the design process from concept to completion, working closely with clients to bring their visions to life. The ideal candidate is proficient in industry-standard design software, comfortable communicating directly with clients, and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Drafting: Develop floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Create 3D models using SketchUp (experience with 3ds Max is a plus) and produce high-quality renderings using Enscape or V-Ray.
• Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, effectively communicating design ideas and updates.
• Site Visits: Travel to project sites to take accurate real-time measurements and conduct site observations.
• Documentation & Quoting: Utilize Excel to create detailed quotations, project budgets, and other administrative documentation.
• Presentation: Design compelling presentations and mood boards using Canva.
• Workflow Efficiency: Utilize AI tools semi-promptly to streamline workflows and assist with design tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in interior design or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Proficiency in SketchUp is required.
• Experience with rendering software ( Enscape or V-Ray ) is required.3ds Max (crossover with SketchUp).
• Working knowledge of Excel for quotations and documentation.
• Familiarity with Canva for presentations.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively (semi-prompting).

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel to site locations for measurements and observation.

Bonus: Experience with 3ds Max (crossover with SketchUp)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
